We’re sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your account with Quick Reach Solutions, please follow the instructions below. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our system.
How to Request Account Deletion
1.Send an Email Request:

-Subject Line: Account Deletion Request
-Email Body: Include your full name, email address associated with your account, and a brief request for account deletion.
2.Verify Your Identity:
- For security reasons, we may require you to verify your identity before processing the deletion request.
Please provide any requested information promptly.
What to Expect
1.Confirmation:
- Once your request is received, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your
deletion request.
2.Processing Time:
- Account deletion requests are typically processed within [1-2] business days.
3.Final Notification:
-After your account has been successfully deleted, you will receive a final notification email confirming that your account and data have been removed.
Important Considerations
-Irreversible Action: Deleting your account is permanent. All personal data, booking history, and other information associated with your account will be permanently removed
and cannot be recovered.
-Pending Transactions: Ensure that all pending transactions or bookings are completed or canceled before requesting account deletion.
-App Access: Once your account is deleted, you will no longer have access to the app or any of its services.
